Tom Heap presents the investigations on CountryFile covering rural and farming stories from ELM’s to GM, rustling to fracking with a regular helping of Brexit. He is also the main reporter for the UK’s only national broadcast environment series – costing the Earth on BBC Radio 4.

Panorama use Tom as a specialist to anchor films on farming and energy.

Before going freelance, Tom spent over a decade with BBC News in a wide variety of roles from Today Programme producer through to Science, Environment and Rural Affairs Correspondent. Tom lives with his family in Warwickshire.
